Before You Arrive
Please be aware your appointment may be moved up to 30 minutes either side of your preferred booking time.
Please double check your email once appointment has been confirmed.
Please read and respect these following requests during these uncertain times to keep everyone safe:
On arrival you will be asked to sanitize your hands.
Please do not arrive any earlier than 5 minutes before your appointment.
Please call us if you would like to see if we can move your appointment earlier.
If you do happen to arrive early due to traffic ect please wait in your car and if I am ready I will call you in.
Please do not bring anyone with you unless completely essential including friends, family and children.
We ask you to bring your own face mask if possible or to buy one from us to wear in salon.
Before your treatment your therapist will wash their hands and will now wear clean gloves and face mask for all treatments.
Bank transfer/paypal is preferable to paying cash if you can.
Cancellation Policy
Please allow a minimum of 24 hours when cancelling/changing your appointments.
Failure to give notice a 50% charge will be taken from your card.
For any COVID related symptoms we will waver our cancellation policy as this is to keep everyone safe.
If you do not let Beautify know that you can not attend your appointment you will be charged the full amount to your card.
To cancel your appointment, please contact Beautify By Katy as this can not be done online.
Card Capture Policy
In place of taking a booking fee, Beautify by Katy will now use card capture to secure your booking
No payment will be taken from your card at time of booking ,
the details that you enter are 100% secure and will not be shared with anyone else.
However failure to give this notice, or a 'no show' on the day, will result in your card being charged in full.
You can contact us by email, Facebook private message, text message, or phone call if you wish to change your booking.
COVID -19 Information
You must notify Beautify as soon as possible if you have experienced or been in in contact with anyone with any COVID 19 symptoms.
If you are unsure or been feeling unwell you must not attend your appointment.
Beautify has the right to turn you away if she feels you are a threat and may be unwell.
If Beautify becomes unwell herself we will cancel all appointments and self-isolate for two weeks.
This may mean cancelling your appointment at short notice, any money or vouchers used to pay will be put into your account.
PLEASE DO NOT BOOK AN APPOINTMENT IF YOU HAVE EXPERIENCED ANY OF THE FOLLOWING SYMPTOMS OR HAVE BEEN IN CONTACT WITH ANYONE WITH THE FOLLOWING:
HIGH TEMPERATURE
This means you feel hot to touch on your chest or back (you do not need to measure your temperature)
NEW CONTAGIOUS COUGH
This means coughing a lot for more than an hour, or 3 or more coughing episodes in 24 hours (if you usually have a cough, it may be worse than usual)
LOSS OR CHANGE TO SENSE OF TASTE OR SMELL
This means you've noticed you cannot smell or taste anything, or things smell or taste different to normal
